What do I do if I reach the maximum number of activations allowed under a group subscription?

This article applies to licenses with a Serial Number.

Managing and Expanding Your Prism Group Subscription

If you've reached the maximum number of activations for your group subscription, group administrators have a couple options:

  1. Deactivate any old machines that are no longer in use. Please be aware that deactivation is permanent and made for cases when a machine is no longer in use.
  2. Log into My Account and select "Purchase Activations", or submit a request at for additional assistance.

If you are user of a group subscription and you've received a message stating you are out of activations, please reach out to your Group administrator for additional support.
